An action is initiated under Income Tax act and Another in IPC act. In case of conflict of interest , which act shall prevail.

24 January 2012 Interested party is the Government.
Under the IPC Act interested party may be Govt or may be a different person.
In the given situation there is no conflict of interest. However, in any case, interest of Govt will be seen on priority basis.
