19 March 2010 what will be the time period for the preservation of books of accounts for a company which is winded up?

19 March 2010 Companies (Preservation of Records) Rules, 1985 does not prescribe the time for maintaining / destroying the records after winding up of a company.

In my view, if the company is wound up, then the records can be destroyed.
