Then how to calculate PV of these EMIs

Generally, one wants to know what is the EMI for a particular amount of loan with details of rate of interest and duration.

28 September 2008 Add up the present value of each monthly payment using the present value formula in MS Excel annually and you will get the aggregate present value.
