What is the current status of transfer for articled assistants for the cases which were held by the institute for reconsideration.
I had received a rejection of transfer but my case was held under reconsideration.

Why dont you consider visiting the institute and explaining your case to the faculty incharge, as otherwise all transfer cases are being rejected by the Institute.
