How to find public limited Company's Directors name and Company's Directors Present residential address.

20 April 2013 You can easily get this info by Viewing the public documents of the company. You have to fill the details of the company like CIN,CRN with ROC department and others.And you would need to pay the requisite fees as per the documents you want to view.

20 April 2013 Another method to view/ know ,at free of cost, is given below.

www.mca.gov.in --> quick links --> register digital signature --> view signatory details --> fill in CIN of the company --> submit.

In the next screen appearing therein, DIN , name, address, designation, date of appointment, DSC details of all the Director's of the company will be displayed.
