08 April 2013 Medical reimbursement is exempted up to Rs 15000. Is there any such criteria for Medical Allowance? Is there any limit on that, or the whole amount is taxable under "Salaries"

What about Cell phone allowance? Does it have an exemption or fully taxable?

Medical Allowance is fully taxable being part of salary.

Cell phone allowance is also taxable as it be treated as part of salary.
