Sir, Pls tell incase of AMC amount (prepaid expenses) paid in Jan month for 1year period say amount Rs.24000. How will be treated in Accounts books every month for 1year period.

Calculate AMC for no of days for JAN To March book Expenses balance minus 24000/- book prepaid Exps, bringing of the year reverse the entry whole amount.
