where to show Premium on Redemption of Debentures in the balance sheet?

Schedule V1, section 78 and section 117 does not say exactly where it is to be shown. But in Guide to companies act (A. Ramaiya) in page 990 it is stated that securities premium should be disclosed as a separate item in the annual balance sheet. Accordingly I feel that it is to be disclosed under the head secured loans just below debentures as a separate item.
