can a director legally pay higher the value shares (if he is an investor) ?

28 August 2012 Suppose the face value of the share is Rs.100.00 and the company offers shares to the public at Rs.150/- per share based on the EPS the difference of Rs.50/- is called premium.

As an investor director can get shares at the premium rate.
