02 May 2012 Dear Experts, While Preparing B/s under revised Schedle VI under what head we have to disclose Unamortised portion of Preliminery Expeses, and also amortised portion in Statement of Profit & loss.

02 May 2012 It will come under "Other Assets". The amount to be amortized in the next one year shall come under 'Current' and balance under 'non current'

In PnL, it will come under 'other expenses'
