Please tell me the rules of write off priliminary expenses as per Companeis Act. 1956 as soon as possible

For company law it can be written off to the 100% from the profit. No bar for 100% write off in a single year.
Amount not written off will be exhibited under Misc. expenditure (to the extent not written off) in the Balance-sheet
