my company wants to issue Preferental Convertible warrants (PCW) and the allotee has account with NSDL. Do i still have to inform and pay the fees to CDSL.
Also guide me on the procedure for issuing PCW

Presuming your co. is a listed company yes you have to execute corporate action with both depositories NSDL and CDSL...for more info contact your RTA i.e share transfer agent.
