In a Pvt Ltd Company, Expenses are done before registration. how to book the preregistration expenses.....

Those expenses are to be booked under Preliminary expenses and has to be written off over a period of time.

In Tally this preliminary expenses under which head of account I can book????
Is this preliminary expenses comes in Balance Sheet or in Profit & Loss Account????
