What Is Pre Construction Period?
Is It upto the completion of Construction or upto the starting of repayment of Loan Whichever is earlier.
I have taken a loan in 2011 for purchase of a flat.Flat construction will be complete inn Oct 2013. But repayment of loan has been started from January 2013.In this Case what period will be Pre Construction Period.

Construction completion :Jan 13 & Repayment started Oct-13. so construction completed earlier in Jan-13, so your Pre construction period si up to Jan-13 only
