I want to know that on excisable bill there is a place on top of the bill for "PRE AUTHENTICATION SIGNATURE". Is it necessary to sign the same, as i have come to know from one of my friend that it is not mandatory now to sign the same. Is it right???????

Please let me know at the earliest.
