I have the query that, the Bank A/c. No which was put in the return of income is now closed.

Manual Return Filing Case :
In such a case you have to give an Original Signed Cancelled cheque by writing the concerned ITO about the fact.
E-filed Return:
Wait till the intimation/ refund cheque reaches you. You may have to remit a Signed Cancelled cheque alongwith the Original refund Order for the change in A/c number.
If you receive intimation only then fill up the response sheet and such cancelled cheque.
