Practice in australian ca firm

Hi Senior Experts,
I am a CA finalist working with an well known Australian CA Firm having back office in India.I want to ask If I continue with this Firm after passing CA whether it can be included in CA practice asper ICAI ???/
if not then please advice the correct procedure so that I can do practice in this firm.Please note we totally follow Australian Tax rules & serve only Australian clients.

I think the same will not be considered by ICAI in case your firm is not registered with ICAI and members of the firm are not members of ICAI.
However I would suggest you to visit ICAI office and have a direct chat with ICAI officials for removal of all your doubts.
