practice as ca & advocate simultaneously

26 January 2010 reference : ca journal january 2009 article.
under heading "know your eathics"

in that , a same question is asked by some one. and the answer is in positive.

if i have passed ca as well as advocate examination, that i can practice as ca & advocate simultaneously, not at the same time, but say, one day as ca and other day as advocate and next after as ca again.

is this possible?
if no, then why?

26 January 2010 as per my thinking not possible.
Because you can work in one capacity.
for your method one day CA and other day advocate.
it is practical impossible. because if you are working as advocate and want to work as CA then you have to send letter to ICAI. next day you will send to ICAI for permission for work as advocate and one letter to Bar council. So practically not possible.
but theoriticaly possible.
