02 January 2023 Is it possible for the person who's CA & CS both(have obtained COP from ICAI) & also offering some sort of services(prescribed u/s 2(2) of CS Act) which may be rendered by CS in practice, So will it be treated as professional misconduct(as it's deemed to be in CS Practice) or not?

Only one certificate of practice can be held.
