if a partner who is incapacitated appoint his son as power of attorney ?
if so does he have to get other partners approval ?

As per section 19 to 22 the acts of a partner binds the firm as well as the other partners.
AS PER SECTION 19 A PARTNER WILL HAVE IMPLIED AUTHORITY AS AGENT OF THE FIRM.
