sir i wanted to ask how will we apply point of taxation in case of excess payment made in excess of Rs 1000 ???

Point of taxation will be earlier of the following:
Advance received
Invoice issued (If invoice is issued within 30 days from completion of service)
If invoice is not issued within 30 days from completion of service,
POT will be earlier of following:
Advance received
Date of completion of service.
Advance received
Invoice issued (If invoice is issued within 30 days from completion of service)
If invoice is not issued within 30 days from completion of service,
POT will be earlier of following:
Advance received
Date of completion of service.
