05 September 2012 date of compeletion of service is 31/5/11 and invoice raise by the SP by the date 05/06/12. pament not yet made. what will be the point of taxation in above case. actualy i want to know that if SP charge 12.36% rate service tax. is it right???

05 September 2012 Point of taxation here is 5/6/ 2012 as the invoice has been raised within 15 days.

05 September 2012 sir, date of completion of service is 31/05/2011 its fall under fy2011-12. invoice should be raised witin 14days but in said case it is not done.
