can i do articleship in a ca firm in bihar staying here in kolkata(for the entire period of articleship) for 3 years as the ca firm in bihar has mojority of its clients in kolkata

kindly answer as the ca firm has registered office in bihar and no office in kolkata and my permanat home is in kolkata itself

if yes, do i have to submit form 103 here in kolkata or in bihar

eagerly waiting for ur expert opinion

08 July 2012 Yes u can, if ur CA firm is allow to u to do audit or other work etc in kolkata...
its simple as u r on official duty on behalf of ur ca firm in kolkata...

u have to submit ur form 103 where u registered as student...
