29 April 2015 I am doing articleship nd I am in third year my CA is not giving me leaves for final exams. He said he will give in writing to icai he is not keeping me in office. I want to ask that in this situation will I get transfer and how much time insitute take in giving transfer.

29 April 2015 m not getting this things... what he wil gonna write in that ... that u r asking for exams leaves and he is not providing you that ??

Until ICAI comes in between no transfer is allowed for these reasons...

And exam leaves are your right.. so you can take that
