I am doing articleship nd I am in third year my CA is not giving me leaves for final exams. He said he will give in writing to icai he is not keeping me in office. I want to ask that in this situation will I get transfer and how much time insitute take in giving transfer.

m not getting this things... what he wil gonna write in that ... that u r asking for exams leaves and he is not providing you that ??
