can any 1 tell me that if a a married man deposit their wife lic premium 7500. while his name( husband) not in this lic than can he take deduction of it 7500 in 80 c

yes. spouse can take the LIC premium deduction paid for others policy

Yes he can get benefit of deduction u/s. 80C. ensure that wife is not working and she is dependend on his husband.
