good morning to all expert,
can any 1 tell me about bonus calculation.
my salary structure are given below.
basic- 21007
hra 40%- 8403
transport allowances -800
madical allowances - 1250
gross salary - 31460
that this my calculation of bonus
31460/12- 2622
than sir it is right or wrong

Generally bonus is given on Basic+DA or percentage on turnover.However in real sense bonus is negotiated with the employer at the time of appointment.Please go through the letter of appointment/ ask about the rule of bonus of the company

yes. Bonus will be calculated based on Basic+DA and maximum bonus subject the employment agreement
