NO , BUT IT IS ALSO A VALUABLE COURSE.

There will always be difference between a full time and a part time course. A full time course will obviously have more value.
But if you want to go for MBA through correspondence IGNOU is best.

Its not equivalent to Full time MBA but its having a good value in the market .
As you are in CS Final I will suggest You to go for LLB .
While MBA will also enhance your job prospectus & personality.
