16 August 2010 A public ltd. incoporated in may 2006 filed Form 22 in Aug '10.....the ROC has raised a query tht required resubmission with remarks that pls comment how compliance of sec. 165(5) has been made by the company....

pls help me to draft a suitable reply

16 August 2010 As per my suggestion you should go for some specific professional and experienced consultancy. It is a bit serious as the same noticed by ROC.

You may also visit ROC office and have a chat with concerned ROC official.
