plz help me sir that my father have 2 buses hired by a fectory and gross turn over approx 15 lakh. sir plz told me that in which section i will fill my return . and which itr form i will choose.

30 December 2011 You will file return u/s 44AD of the Income Tax Act. You have to show a minimum of 8% of the gross receipts as income.

You will need to fill up ITR 4S.
