I am holding a full time cop and one of the ca firm is asking me for my cop.
Is there any time boundations and what are the conditions.
I want to know whether I should join it or not.

m not getting about it.. why the ca firm asking for your cop... r u individually practicing or pract as a partner...

Either you can join as an Employee or become a Partner. In either case you need not give your COP. You may get a letter of appointment or sign the Partnership Deed.
