WHETHER THE DATES OF NOV 2010 CA EXAMINATIONS ARE POSTPONED TO 28 NOV 2010 DUE TO BIHAR ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS 2010???

Under no circumstances dates will not change.
If there will be a change, ICAI intimate well before the exam date.
You prepare well as if your exam is as per schedule.
If they are postponed, you will get some more time for revision.
