gud evening experts
i have a query abt. income tax return for the year of 2010-2011. i m a transporter. my query is that can i e-file my income tax return form itr4s. for the fy. 2010-11 . while i have no tax liablity . and tds refund 6000. and will i paid any interest or panelty.

Transporters have -
1. Own Trucks/ LCV
2. Others Trucks
3. Own and Others.

In case Own Trucks/LCV do not exceed 10 Nos.
44AE Section can be opted. ITR4 would be applicable in case 1 & 3.

In case trucks are not owned by you, you can file ITR 4S. You can claim credit of TDS. Please verify form No 26AS, beforehand.
