03 July 2015 CAN ASSESSEE FILE INCOME TAX RETURN FOR THE ASSESSMENT YEAR 2013-14 AT PRESENT CLAIMING REFUND ? IN NON-AUDIT CASE.

03 July 2015 you will have to first take permission from jurisdictional CIT for condonation of the delay in filing the return. once the permission is granted, you can file the return for claiming refund

THAT MEANS IF I FILES RETURN WITHOUT PERMISSION IT MAY BE LEVY PANELTY FOR LATE FILING ?

03 July 2015 penalty is a totally different issue. the permission is required for refund. If you file without permission, refund wont be granted

AS PER ASSESSEE IT'S NOT NECESSARY TO GET REFUND.

HE WANTS TO FILE RETURN. WAS WARRIED ONLY ABOUT PANELTY.

I AM FILING RETURN ONLINE.

PLEASE HELP IF ANY OTHER POINT TO BE NOTE.
