hi.. i suffered loss of rs. 3 lacs last FY in f&o.. do i need to fill ITR 4 or 4s form ? and is auditting by CA compulsory ? pls reply.. Your experince can guide me friend.. Thanks.

Dear Singh,
If you don't have any other income, then audit is not required. But you must fill ITR-4.
In case you have other incomes like salary (above Rs 2.5 lakhs) then audit is required.
