29 January 2013 Dear Revered professionals,

I'm a student of CPT...I'm posting this query on behalf of my cousin bro..My brother was working with Infosys till 2009 march..He quit infosys after that due to some family issues..He assisted our uncle and did some software projects etc and earned income from 2010 -till date...Apparently he dint file any taxes for this period..Only his wife was working and she filed her tax returns..Now he wanted to get into some new business along with his regular software development and web development..How should he file his last 2 returns so that it could be useful to get his home loans in future??He was pretty confused..I thought knowledged professionals would him in this platform..Many regards..Looking forward to hearing from you all..

29 January 2013 "true and fair" is best view of all. File the return as per the facts of the case. No window dressing is required. If a person can quit INFOSYS, that shows his confidence to anything... come what may. Please do not waste your energy in REVERSE calculations. Show the picture as it was. Do not show what it should have been.
