15 April 2017 Can anyone share the format of affidavit and declaration by 1st subscriber(s) and director(s) in case of private limited company to be filled with SPICe INC 32 AND Also value of stamp paper it is to be made.
Whether for all the directors cum subscriber only one affidavit can be made .
