I joined articles on 10 th October 2013
I submitted the form on 14 th December 2013 but I did not enclose any condonation letter.

No issue, you only mentioned the line that we have not submitted the registration documents due to personal reason so kindly accept the registration documents with DD amounting Rs.....as delay fee.
Hope Institute will agree the same.
