29 October 2009 Please tell me when does the valuation of compulsorily convertible debentures reckons, at the time of issuance or at the time of conversion.

I would be really greatful if you could please mention the statutory provision too

29 October 2009 Generally such conversion and valuation etc govern by the terms and conditions of issue of such compulsorily convertible debentures.

Check the terms of issue of compulsorily convertible debentures.
