This query is : Resolved

03 October 2013 hello sir, my name is Rohit. I am working as assistant accountant in a firm. when I join the firm they gave me a appointment latter with contion that you have to work for 2 years with us and if you resign then you have to pay to month salary. that appointment letter is signed by me . now if I wants to resign they demand 2 month salary. now what can I do???????

03 October 2013 If you have that proof then at the most they can demand only a month's salary,no other legal action they can take under any circumstance.

04 October 2013 If you signed a month salary notice, then offer to pay it or ask your employer to adjust the same against money's receivable to you, if any.

Thats all. In no circumstance should you pay a single paisa more.
