16 November 2009 Can the books of accounts of a Company be kept at any other place other than the registered office of the Company with due approval of the Board of Directors?

16 November 2009 Yes, the company can keep its books of Accounts at place other than the registered office of the company with due approval vide a resolution passed in a board meeting subject to such notice be filed with ROC in Form No 23AA within 7 days of such board meeting
