dear experts,
I am an URD stay in karnataka and i go to tamilnadu and i provide service there. I dont have office in tamilnadu. This is one time service which I have provided. My query is - Is recipient has to pay tax under RCM ?

As per law you cannot give services in other state. You have to get yourself compulsorily registered to do the same.
