Can a board meeting be held out of india as per the new companies act 2013

Board Meeting must b held at registered office of the Company.

Place where BM has to be held is not specified in section 173 of the Companies, Act,2013 and or in the companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules,2014. Hence BM can be held any where in and outside India and possible through video conferencing also.
