Suppose the excise duty payable after taking the cenvat credit is Rs.10,000 then can I deposit amount of Rs.20,000 into PLA or amount of Rs.9000? Is balance amount into PLA account is taken into consideration ?

What is the duty amount payable before availing cenvat? = Say it is 20000.00
Cenvat available = say it is 9000.00
Then you have to deposit Rs.11000 in the PLA account.
