Hi my uncle is holding physical shares of sun pharma since 1987, They wanted to transfer in demat form and want to sell them, is their any tax liabilities will happen,

YOU HAVE TO TFR IN DEMAT FORM THEN YOU SELL AND LONG TERM CAPITAL GAIN WILL EXEMPT FROM TAX.
