Our society given a studio to take the function photographs with print. The charge is Rs.2000/- I can account the expense in Office Expense or any other .....? Thanks

20 August 2016 If the society gives studio on Rent then its Income for the Society and if the studio has been used by you for some Business Promotion activity you may claim the expenditure in that Business
