28 July 2012 I hav one Query If TDS is not deducted on one expense then can it be deductible expense in PGBP...???

28 July 2012 Yes, it is deductible Expenses but it will be disallowed when you will compute Taxable Income.(i.e added back to Profit & Loss while compute Taxable Income.)
