िौकरी छोडिे का कारण / Reason of leaving Service
- सेिा समाव त के कारण (क) सदस्य का खराब स्िास््य (ख) संकुचि / वियोक्ता का
व्यापार बंद होिे अििा ( ग ) अन्य कारण जो सदस्य के वियंत्रण से बाहर हैं ,
Service terminated on account of (a) ill health of member (b)
Contraction /Discontinuation of employer’s business or (c) Other
Cause beyond the control of the member
- व्यवतगत कारण / Personal Reasons
HELLO SIR ONE OF MY FRIEND LEFT THE JOB IN 2011. AFTER COMPLETING ONE YEAR OF SERVICE. THERE IS SOME PF BALANCE IN HIS ACCOUNT. NOW HE IS WORKING IN A PVT. COMPANY WHERE THERE IS NO DEDUCTION OF PF . NOW HE WANTS TO WITHDRAW THE PF BALANCE . NOW IN FORM 19 WHAT OPTION I SHOULD OPTED WHETHER IT SHOULD BE OTHER CONTROL BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE MEMBER OR PERSONAL REASONS AND IN DECLARATION WHAT SHOULD I OPT WHETHER I TICK NOW WORKING OR NOT WORKING
