Pf withdrawal if job left after completed 5 years

Please advise whether PF withdrawal is taxable if employee has left the job after completed five years.
Joining date : 01.07.2007
Left Date : 17.09.2012
PF Withdrawal Date : 22.11.2012

20 December 2012 ule 8 of Part A of the Fourth Schedule of I T Act provides the circumstances under which the accumulated balance payable to an employee is exempt from tax . If employee fulfills any of following conditions, payment from recognised provident fund is tax free : (i) if he has rendered continuous service with his employer for a period of five years or more
