PF Withdrawal disclosure in ITR4

28 July 2022 Hi,
I received my PF amount in the April 2021 (I quit my job in Jan2021). Now I am filing ITR 4 as I have professional income. How can I disclose the PF amount in ITR4?
Please note that this PF amount is not taxable.
