13 December 2016 Sir, Anyone tell me salary for the purpose of PF and how to get Registration?

13 December 2016 Salary refers to basic+DA on which 12% PF applicable. BASIC and DA should be minimum 50% of gross wages and it should not be less than minimum wages Act.

13 December 2016 Sir, If Salary above 15000, Then the question of Employer Contribution of PF is not applicable or still applicable?

13 December 2016 It depends on company ,company can exclude from PF Deduction. Some companies is consider maximum Rs.15000/- for PF contribution of BASIC and DA.
